At HALE GOLF, we offer a monthly subscription-based membership service to provide our members with a comfortable golfing environment.

Service details
Members can use our indoor golf practice range and various services according to their contracted plan.

* Golf lessons (only for eligible plans)
* Access to member-only services
* Participation in various events and campaigns. *The services available will vary depending on your contract plan.

About monthly fees
Monthly usage fees are determined by the plan you have subscribed to. Please check the pricing page for details.

Billing timing
The initial payment will be processed upon registration, and thereafter, the membership will be automatically renewed and payment will be processed on a designated date each month.

Contract period
This service is a monthly subscription service. Unless you request cancellation, your contract will automatically renew.

Regarding cancellation
If you wish to cancel your contract, please follow the procedures specified by our facility.
If you miss the deadline for submitting your cancellation request, the cancellation may be processed in the following month or later.
Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for monthly fees after payment has been completed.

Regarding refunds
Due to the nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds for reasons attributable to the customer.
However, this does not apply if the provision of services becomes difficult due to reasons attributable to our facility.
