Payment method and timing of payment
Payment is made upon initial application, and thereafter, payments will be automatically processed monthly according to the contract terms.
Regarding returns, defective products, cancellations, and expiration dates.
Please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving the product, and return the product at your own expense.
Cancellation and Returns
Due to the nature of the service, we generally do not accept refunds or cancellations after payment has been completed for reasons attributable to the customer.
However, this does not apply if the provision of services becomes difficult due to reasons attributable to our facility.
